Terms of Service

SellBySnap lets sellers photograph items, publish AI-assisted listings on a personal storefront page, and share that page with buyers. Buyers can reserve items; the actual sale happens directly between buyer and seller, in person or however they agree.

During this period, all transactions occur directly between buyer and seller. SellBySnap and BME GROUP do not process buyer payments, hold funds, take commissions, ship items, or guarantee any transaction. We are not a party to any sale, and disputes between buyers and sellers are resolved between those parties.

Prices shown on listings are AI-suggested estimates that the seller reviews and confirms before publishing. They are not appraisals and carry no guarantee of accuracy or market value. Descriptions are AI-drafted and seller-approved; sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their listings.

You must provide accurate information and only list items you have the right to sell. No illegal items, recalled goods, weapons, or anything that violates the law of your jurisdiction. We may remove content or close accounts that break these rules.

The free plan includes up to 3 active listings. The Founding Seller upgrade is a one-time $49 payment processed by Stripe that unlocks unlimited listings for the lifetime of the product. It is not a subscription. If we ever discontinue SellBySnap, no refunds are owed for time already enjoyed, but we will give reasonable notice.

SellBySnap is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BME GROUP is not liable for losses arising from transactions between buyers and sellers, listing inaccuracies, or service interruptions.
